Dexter Kissed A Toucan

Dexter has now reached the point that when prompted "Giz a kiss" he will lean in and literally give a peck on the cheek while making a kiss sound.

Today, for the first time, Dexter expressed this same amorous behaviour with a life-size ornamental Toucan that lives beneath the tree stand in the living room. He leant in and kissed it's beak while making the kiss sound! So sweet!

Wish I had a video of it. If I catch him being affectionate with the Toucan in future I'll try my hardest to capture the moment

Isn't that just like a male ekkie? Spreading the love wherever he can find it! Be it a female ekkie... or a particularly striking, if not rather stoic, toucan. Lol!
