Diet question for my jenday

All of my previous birds have been vary large or very small. I have never owned a conure so I'm still learning! But my question is which type of pellet food to get for my chichi? The women I rescued her from gas her on a seed mix only diet. Which I know is not good. So yeah help!

My conure (Cinnamon Green Cheek) will eat almost anything, but when I got her, she was eating Laeber's Parrot Pellets and they're still a major part of her diet. She'll also eat Roudybush and Zupreem Fruit Blend, though she prefers my Amazon's bigger fruit blend pieces! She gets seeds as treats, usually in the form of Nutriberries. But like I said, she'll eat anything.

I'd start with Zupreem's fruit blend, and try feeding it as treats. My conure also loves to dunk everything in water, but you can try dunking a piece in some fruit juice to get her interested!
