Do former breeders make good pets?

There were a pair of Senegal's on Craigslist
For sale for$300-i contacted him and he said they
We're better as breeding birds-i didn't know if I could have them for pets

Generally speaking, pets don't make good breeders and breeders don't make good pets.

If a pet was used as a breeder, then it's quite possible for them to become pets again.

It's harder to make a breeder become a pet bird, although not impossible.


If you want a pet bird, do not get a breeder bird.
