I have been shopping at "Todd Marcus Birds Exotic" in Delran, N.J. and I was wondering how many of the "ParrotForums.com" people also shop there and frequent the store. I go a few times a week to say hello to Todd and Kathy. I have known Todd since he began his business in Cinnaminson, NJ 28 years ago. What I like about going there is that ALL his birds come from excellent breeders that he visits to make sure the birds are raised in the best possible environment. I love how bright the store is and how there are so many birds out on perches to talk to. I have purchased over 20 birds over the years. I have bought consignment birds ( I call them one owner, low miles) and baby birds. I have NEVER EVER bought a bird from him that wasn't 100% healthy. I also know his entire staff and have gotten together with them during Christmas to celebrate the holidays.

I like Bird Paradise in Burlington. :) But I try not and go much as the trip ALWAYS results in me spending WAY too much money. :32:

I do the vast majority of my shopping for the birds online with our sponsor www.mysafebirdstore.com

They have GREAT prices, GREAT variety, GREAT customer service, and are a true pleasure to deal with. :D

Oh I can't compare because I haven't been to Todd since the 80s, when he was still in Cinnaminson.

I love Bird Paradise because of how they keep their birds, the friendly staff, the incredible amount of toys, foods, treats, and other bird related items to choose from, PLUS they are definitely more reasonably priced than Todd. (You can compare their prices online ;) )

Bird Paradise is a MUST SEE, in my opinion, for everyone who has the opportunity. The place is GIGANTIC.

I so wish we had a place like that up here!

We don't really have many big bird stores. They get the odd hand raised birds in at the big chain stores but they are always ridiculously over priced! As are their bird toys etc. We have one specificly bird store about 40 mins away but their birds are for the most part very expensive too although their accessories, toys and food etc us pretty well priced.

Todd Marcus Birds Exotic does a lot of business online. He will ship anything you want. Contact them.

Once or twice is ok when you recommend someone but when you kept doing it making you sound like your solely advertising for them.

For a modest fee Birds Exotic could be a supporting vendor and advertise to your hearts content. I don't think we've ever had a broker/rehomer as a supporting vendor.

I spoke to Todd's son Zach yesterday about advertising on ParrotForum. He is going to discuss it with Todd. One thing he wanted to know is how many people subscribe to this forum. Any information I get from you I will pass it on.
Thank you,
Gordon
