how meny birds does it take to be a ''flock''

Right so we know most parrots live in flocks but how many does it take to actuality be called a flock!!! :blue1::red1::blue::red:
 
i'd say 3 because if it was just 2 that would still be a pair...I guess that means I need to convince the hubby we need 1 more fid so they can be a true flock...:jumping40

I don't think "flock" is limited to other birds and humans. I have 3 inside dogs who the birds view as flock members. In fact one of the OWAs charges though the doggie door with the dogs when they spot a squirrel in the yard, complete with barking and all.I'm forever having to get her out of the front yard.
 
I agree HP but you can never have too many reasons to get another fid...lol

I have two birds and I consider myself and my husband part of the flock! When we are outside with Amigo, he definitely considers us to be flock members. I say this because he sticks close by and contact calls when he's unsure of where we are.
