Friends???

I have a problem with Cracker he does not seem to enjoy being handled. I spend time with him give him good food every week and water about every day and I clean his cage but he wont let me touch him. The only time I do is when i hit his tail when he flies :17::17::15::15::smile040::scared01::scared01::5_sad::5_sad::bigeyes:

Clip his wing and then put your hand in the cage and leave it there.
Within about 1/2 an hour he will get stop being stressed and may get close to you.
You only feed him weekly? that doesn't sound right.

He has a little [computer] mouse sized cup. I change all of it every week, but I put new food in about every day, I dump the entire thing out every week and refill it.:30_angel:

why not dump the cup everyday and put fresh food in everyday? It's much healthier for Cracker.

I don't think you realize how deep and wide it is. Its about as big as... The hole in your shoe to put the foot in but square, and a little deeper. Also the kind of food she likes isn't that cheap. :smile008::smile012::24_shocke

Anway I have captured Crackers fight through the Kitchen and all the way to the flower plant vase.

I will post some pics soon and I'm sure you want to see how shes doing.

Right, I know that food cost is expensive, but I am sure that if you emptied out the old and put in a little new you wouldn't waste as much as you think you will ...

why not try a smaller bowl with a little food and replacing the food every day. That's what I do with my teils.

Well you see i tried that but she just drops the empty seeds on top and she couldn't eat if it wasn't blew off, so what do you think small bowl or big??
