Found this very helpful chart of the different mutations of green cheeks on facebook. I think our Tiki is a red faced yellow sided GCC, because s/he has a lot of red on her throat and cheeks and barely any tan.

The are sure a lot of pretty mutations!

I want a mooncheek....still haven't come across one though!

Ooo I think Pumpkin might be a red faced yellowsided. He has a lot more red than the "yellow sided" but not as much as the etreme red. His face patches are more 0f a pink that a red though. Either way he's gorgeous. This was a very interesting chart!! Thanks.

I really want a turquoise yellow sided - the most beautiful IMHO. Just lovely birds.

I had heard them called "high red" rather than "red faced" I'm going to have to look into that!

I love the part "not green cheeks!"

That chart is cute :).

Victoria, I don't think you'll be seeing Mooncheek mutations come into the rescue anytime soon ;)... Look at the price list  I don't think he's selling them as pets. Here is the link from the breeder who is responsible for developing most of the GCC mutations available in the pet trade. prices of The Feather Tree He is my Grifffin's breeder too.

I looooove the mint mutation. So purdy :3

Oh okay yes! High red yellow sided I THINK that's what my breeder told me pumpkin was... I should have paid more attention lol but I was too excited. So it's red next to his beak and then green cheeks with the pink over his ears. Is that the "high red". Not important, just curious.
