Oh yeah, puppy proofing will be necessary, they are adventurous, rambunctious pups, yet they are easily trainable.

A Staffordshire BULL Terrier?? Or, Staffordshire Terrier, or Pit?

It's a bit confusing, and I'm not sure what they call it in Australia, but here, the American Saffordshire Terrier is essentially a Pit Bull in genetics, but with AKC registered bloodlines and was bred since the 1930's specifically for temperament and conformation instead of fighting. Then, the Staffordshire Bull Terrier, a similar but smaller dog, and not as commonly seen.

It's a american Staffordshire terrier. they were born at 06:30 this morning. There is 11 pups. We are looking at around 6 weeks.
By the way got a budgerigar today name him Aussie.

Congrats on the Budgie too.
