Getting Another Parrot?

Hello friends,

My BFA Disney is absolutely obsessed with my daughter Hannah. When Hannah gets her own apartment in college we plan to have her take Disney as well. I am to used to the bird life and to not have a little feather friend by my side would be madness. I enjoy Disney's feistiness but not the biting and the noise. I was considering a lilac crowned amazon or a pionus. I would be willing to take any other suggestions as well. Disney may be home during the summers and I live in a condo.

I’d go with the lilac crowned. Pionus in general can be hard to find.

We have a yellow shoulder Amazon, Salty, and he is relatively quiet for a Amazon, and is way mellower than the hot 3 'zons. Hard to find also, but so worth the search. Way smart, almost as good a talker as the hotties and smaller too( he is around 320gr)
