Good ways to store bird supplies?

Lots of life hack stuff on the web these days, many of which are very creative and helpful. All of us probably have very similar inventories of supplies for our birds, even odd ball things that come in handy, like keeping newspapers. We all probably accumulate a lot of stuff over the years as well.

Any suggestions on how to store and organize some of the stuff that doesn't fit into a drawer or cupboard?

I get newspapers from my neighbor as spare cage and floor liners, but really don't have a convenient place for them to get to them and grab them quickly. Rolling them up in a rubberband and stashing them in a closet is annoying. Plus paper that has been rolled up for awhile doesn' lay flat in the cage and doesn't provide the best coverage. That's just one minor annoyance with bird supplies.

Anyone with good ideas to share?

Well you are close with the Name: Rubbermaid! They have excellent storage bins. But at some point, you will have to give in and either empty out cabinet space or just add an addition piece of furniture that will house all the 'Bird Stuff' you have. Recommendation: Double your current on-hand stuff space requirements. You will quickly out grow your current space requirements!

Our cage has a bottom shelf that we haven't out grown yet. But all Salty's food items go in glass clasp top mason jars ( so no worries about mice , moths, ants or what ever, all on that shelf. And he has not quite gotten the hang of opening them. Yet.

It deoends on what it is. All of my newspaper (and similar) have a shelf in which they are stored. Things like pellets, toys, ect. go into large storage boxes, that are either stored in the garden shed, or one of my cupboards. Same goes for any spare cages

I bought a 5 drawer cart for my newspapers. I did buy cage liners from Drs.Foster and Smith to try. I hope I never have to go back to newspapers. The cage liners make cleaning cages every night soooo much easier. Of course those with multiple birds it could get $$$.
