Good websites to purchase an Congo African Grey.

I have been looking to purchase a CAG but the bird shop I'm looking to buy it at have expensive prices. I then asked them and they confirmed that they do match prices. So I am now finding a reliable website that sells CAG's for a fair price. That I can state for sure is not a scam.

Unfortunately "fair" is subjective. Most breeders I've seen are charging between $1100-$1500. Pet stores are going to be more since they have over head. Greys are popular and breeders/stores generally don't have a problem finding a buyer.

Where are you about in CA? I can find almost any parrot in the Los Angeles and Orange County area at very reasonable price.

Omars exotic birds in orange/LA counties sell greys for 1399. Something to consider but I bet you can find a breeder around your area for cheaper

I agree with this.

My wife and I got Bobby, our CAG, complete with cages, toys, a table top perch, traveling carrier, and food for about half of the prices above.
