What a handsome bird. Looks to be enjoying that scritchin

Awwwww so cute!!!!

Handsome lil guy!

What a ham ...lol
He is very handsome : )

How does your bird do on fruit ? have you tried citrus? it really makes the feathers shine. even though it's got too much sugar I let mine sip on my OJ in the morning.

Alex's eats all his fruits and veges. He has a thing for chewing his wing feathers. When I got him his feathers were so bad. It has improved a lot. I have to clip his primary feathers as I found out he likes to break/chew them off.

Most of his diet is actually fruits and veges.

Aw so cute! But quit killing me Ash!!! You don't know how much I want an Alex. Grrr but I don't have enough time for another bird right now. Argh! I'll just keep on looking at Alex and Yuki. :)

Haha sorry :p
I just love my Alex's too much. :)

You can see Yuki is the biggest sweetheart. She loves scritches and attention. She loves kids as well.

But omg I am so excited. Alex has a few pink feathers coming through which means he is def a male! :D
I just noticed after putting those pics of him on here. Then I went to check that area of his neck and he has two or three pink feathers! :D
I wasn't sure if he was a male and didn't know his true age. So now I know he is a boy!

yay.png

You can see that he has a black feather , at the back where Ive circled he has 2-3 pink feathers around there :D

Ahh! You must be so happy! Can't wait to see more new feathers!

Yes very happy! :)
I can't wait till he gets his beautiful ring! :D
I was really starting to think that Alex was a female. But now I now he is a he!

You should see a full body shot with their long tail. They are very beautiful.
I love seeing them to try and preen their long tail. :p

Yuki's tail isn't so long atm her long tail feathers fell out. But she's growing some new feathers :)

And thank you :)
I think I will post more pics tonight once I get home from work.
