Guava's potty training (video)

It took us just a few weeks to potty train Guava using positive reinforcement. Here is the result caught on video. Ironically, she just pooped on my shoulder as I was making this post because I was too distracted to realize that she needed to go again, lol.

Thanks to all. By the way, her poops are usually not as small as in the video. I will have to make a video of her morning poop. That is a whole different story! She literally has to take a few steps back in order for it all to come out, lol!

Poor thing, lol. I hope Ms. Merlin recovers soon!

I will definitely have to post a video of her morning poop. She does this cute little squat and takes a few steps back before she goes. It's almost like a poop dance, lol.Thankfully, we have her trained so that her little green sausage doesn't end up on my shoulder or the bed covers, phew.

So far it seems like Pete holds his until I put him down on a stand or his cage. I can tell when Rowdy is about to go and slip a paper towel under her. Merlin, well, I know she isn't going to make one often due to her backing up, so if she goes, I know it's safe to bring her out. She did put one of those bombs on my shoe when we got back from the vet one day and I took her out of the carrier. That was no fun to clean up. I think she was trying not to go in the carrier so the exact moment she came out, BOOM!

We call Mishka's morning poop and "a morn'bomb" believe me he puts a bomb to shame !!!
