Hanging toys

I wasn't sure if I should put this in something else but I decided toys would make the most sense.
Anyways, I have a hanging net on my ceiling, toys dangling from it as well but my conure won't stay up there for long, he's always flying back down.
I'm not sure if I should just wait for him to go up there on his own or try something else.

Try putting them on a play stand or the outside of his cage. Otherwise just wait for him to discover them on his own.
