Happy Halloween all!! Raz has been all about tricking rather than treats... She learned a new word, Copper (the dogs name) poor Golden Retriever has been pacing around the house all day trying to figure out who is calling him.

Poor Copper, my three dogs sympathize, one of my birds whistle's for the dogs and when they obey her commands she throws food at them. My Golden Retriever always forgives, she loves everybody, including the birds.

I guess you can build an igloo from the hail and freeze anything you want.
Was hoping to observe Texas might be having a respite, but the 10-day forecast for some of the major cities shows more rain and thunderstorms.

With Thanksgiving, the December holidays, and New New Years Eve upcoming, I wouldn't personally be giving any blood to a lab until late January!!

We all had a costume do over this year but it was still fun! My poor dogs ended up gated in a different room because they were horrified early on, so they were out of costume and in thundershirt by evening. But it was fun overall and we were lucky with nice weather for the kids.
I am bringing my leftover candy to work. (I am a tax collector. Lots of people will be in all week to pay and it's amazing how free candy seems to cheer them up a little).

hahaha, I am a glutton for punishment. But, I am bringing Gil with me tomorrow and that's a treat. They seem to really enjoy seeing him and some of them ask for him when he isn't here. I put his cage in direct view of the payment window. Candy and a bird, what else can you ask for?
