Yes Caesars behaviour warrants a outing to the park.
He got to fly 3 times and than I decided to go for a walk (2 hours later).
So he has had plenty of stimulation for one day id say.
I was thinking what he must think when we go on walks.. there is so much going on he wouldn't be able to take it all in...strange birds in the trees, cars and trucks other people. ETC
He must get home and reflect on his outings.
