P.D. looks quite young still and my only experience with a budgie was almost 50 years ago But my gut feeling is going with a chicky there Sorry! lol
Whatever he/she turns out to be,he/she is a sweety.

He/she is still a few months shy of 1 yr, best I can figure. Girl or boy....PD is definitely a keeper!

I believe a boy.
A female at that age would likely have a white or pale blue cere, PD has a pink/ purple cere so I am going to say that he is male.
