I am the proud mama of a male eclectus and brand-new 16 wk old CAG and would love to hear any and all advice to help make their lives the best ever.

Hello Everyone

Is your parrot flighted; if so why?

Yes; developmental enrichment

No; mine is not flighted

It doesn't matter one way or the other

No; I feel it makes them feel superior and they will no longer see me as the highest flock member

Yes; I feel it is cruel for them not to be like they are in the wild

No; it makes them aggressive

Yes; it is more natural for them so they are more content having the ability to fly

No; I don't have the means to teach them how to return to my arm so they fly into dangerous areas

Yes; every animal in captivity should mirror as much as possible their environment in the wild
