Hi. I own an umbrella cockatoo and my fiance owns an Congo African Grey.

Tigger-the too is 13 I just got him 2 days ago. He has a messed up wing it was broken as a baby from what the guy told me and never looked at. He is banded with an open band. He doesnt scream like most toos i have come into contact with. he came with a flight cage suitable for conures, covered in poop, 1 dish that was nasty...i cleaned the cage up(till we buy him another cage) put in toys and gotta get some better perches for him. He's a good boy. I named him Tigger he was named big gem or biggy or something like that.

Marley the grey is also 13, he's a plucker, his previous owners kept him covered during the 8 years that they owned him. now he has a HUGE 6ft tall corner cage with lots of toys and attention and GOOD food.

Welcome. Nice flock:-)

Welcome to the forum. both birds are beautiful. Thank you for getting them and giving them a really good life:):)

Ive only had Tigger a couple days and i havent heard a peep out of him. I have to use a perch to get him to step up and out of his cage, the doors are so small its a pain to get him in and out. He destroys everything wooden in his cage i have to buy him some more toys, ive ordered wooden blocks to make into hanging toys for him and buying some for him. trying to find him a better cage.

This is Marley's cage:

Hi there and welcome to the forum! Both Marley and Tigger are BEAUTIFUL!!! :D

If Tigger is a beaver in disguise, you can get some untreated pine 2X4s and cut them into chunks. You'll end up saving yourself a whole lot of money. I have 2 large Macaws, and go through 3 2X4s each month.
