Hi I became the owner of a 7 year old orange winged amazon parrot 2 day ago, he is lovely, he eat sunflower seed and dried fruit mix and fresh fruit but he want touch vegetables, he takes from my hand and i can scratch his head, any advise would be great thank you

Welcome to the forum! make sure you are giving nuts and a high quality pellet also! and just keep trying with the veggies offer lots of different ones and try offering them in different ways like I have a bird who only eats veggies off a kabob stick! and you can mix veggies with nuts and seeds so he checks them out.
