HELP! I think my hahn’s macaw may have ingested a small gold clasp

HELP! I think my Hahn's macaw may have ingested a small gold clasp from my neckless. None of the vets are open and the only emergency vet does not deal with birds. I plan to call the only vet the in the next city over who works with birds as soon as they open first thing in the morning. In the meantime is there any advice you can offer me? Should I remove his food and water bowl incases they have to put him under anesthesia?
