Hi guys,

I'm really interested in buying a Parrotlett as a pet. I don't see them listed among all the other species in the forums. Do they fall into any of those groups?

They are true parrots & the smallest parrot in the pet trade.....while there are a lot of companion parrotlets around, you're right, there don't seem to be a lot of postings about them around here.....I've got one & enjoy him & his antics.....Oh, some p'lets do talk.....

Welcome ! Parrotlets, since they are a form of a parakeet, are discussed in the parakeets, budgies, and cockatiels section of the forum. I am sure you will love having a parrotlet, they are fluff balls of joy !
