honey sticks

Hi, I have an Eastern Rosella male. My parents recently bought him "Vitakraft" honey sticks. I am not sure if I should give him the whole stick or another dosage?

As a once every so often treat it would be ok to give a whole one just remember heaps of water for him and don't forget his normal foods also he still
