Hong kong. Looking for baby male cockatiel (best is white but others ok)

Hi everyone, I'm helping my mom to find a baby male cockatiel for her lonely bird at home in Hong Kong. She has 2 birds be4, one recently passed away. So hope someone can give me a clue where can my mom find a baby bird for her.

My mom would like the white one coz her old one was white. We don't want to go to bird markets n buy one coz they r full of diseases. Hoping if someone don't want to keep the extra egg or baby bird.

Wrench 13 thx so much for replying! Yeah, my mom told me that in HK, Birds in Bird market r full of diseases. And she worry the bird from there will spread disease to her bird. Pls if u know anyone who has male cockatiel, could u pls let me know!! Million thx!
