Presently have six Greenwing Macaw (17 yo), Red Fronted Macaw (12 yo), Red Lored Amazon (17 y.o.), Lilac Crowned Amazon (about 43 y.o.) and a Congo African Grey (11 y.o.)
Panama Amazon (1 Y.O.)
Let me count the ways...

I love thee to the depth and breadth and height
My soul can reach, when feeling out of sight...

(great pic:)

(Not familiar with conure species) But I love the eyes on the green one and the position of the head on the orange one! What an adorable picture:D Reminds me of Lucy and Barney, the amazons, preening each other.

Dusky and Jenday. These two birds could not be separated...

The story behind this photo...

Demitre, the little male Dusky WAS DYING to go outside. Pacing back and forth, asking me "hey...come here... wanna go for a walk." (He was a fully cognitive, conversational bird at times.) So, I finally decide to take the birds outside, and he's the first one Raring to go...

Everyone but Inca, the little Jenday, who wants no part of it.

Okay. Suit yourself. And I open the door to leave with five birds on my person...

INCA yells her head off at Demitre as we are headed out the door. I hear an AWWW... and he B-lines it back to the big conure playstand.

This photograph was taken shortly after he decided to stay home with her, instead of going out with the guys!
