How long until he stops having a body of pinfeathers?

Poor Loki is almost 7 months old and his whole body is covered in pinnies. All over his head, between his wings, on his chest/tummy. It makes ME itchy to see them all. He really doesn't want me to help with them- he will allow me to rub his head and closes his eyes but the minute I start to rub a pin directly he says no mommy.... I've been giving him soaking baths at least 3x a week.
When will he get some relief?!?!

It takes some months sometimes it will clear! Lots of good food, baths and sunlight and a regular sleep schedule. Good luck!

Poor baby. Pumpkins first molt is going on three months now. Just wait it out and continue trying to help anyway he is comfortable with.
