How to clean up poop?

obviously my bird is gonna go randomly throughout the house. what products are bird safe for cleaning. I can't imagine using just water is sanitary enough. so what do you guys use or other options for spot cleaning the carpet, cage, playstand, etc...

Grape seed extract or vinegar, but GSE is the best because it is bird safe without the strong smell of vinegar.

We use Avi-Clean, an enzymatic cleaner like PoopOff sold at Petco, etc. It really works better than other spot cleaners, and was developed by a bird shop owner, so safe.
