So I finally found a place that has bf amazons but they are 3 hours away from me which is no biggie but I would like to have the opion of looking around to find a safe carrier from him/her to take the car trip and also have the chace to look other places then to buy the carrier the same day I buy her

I usually use a cat carrier for the larger birds or aleast thats what they have come to us in I'm not sure if I should use that or buy something with a perch and which type a soft or hard carrier god forbid we have something happen on the way back with him/her

I've seen really nice bird carriers called a Wingabago they can watch as they travel and it has a perch, food dishes, etc. They are a bit expensive but check it out.

Thank you I'm going to look into it right now

I saw this in a store that just carries bird things yesterday
Vo-Toys Bird Carrier But I'm not sure if it would be safe for a three hour trip
