Hurt cere?

Hello! I have a parakeet which I let free roam in my room. When I left to get a bite of food and came back, I noticed he had some sort of scrape?

Is this anything to worry about? Do I need to put any type of ointment on it? Please help!!!

Aww poor little guy! I mean it looks like that little bit of skin will fall off and it should heal up quickly.
I wouldn't worry too much, as far as an ointment, I'm not sure, maybe someone else can chime in?
