I don't know what gender is my Budgie

Hi, i had this budgie for around a year now. I never noticed its cere going blue nor brown so it got me thinking what gender is this actually? please keep in mind that this is a fully grown budgie it is not a young bird (if i'm not wrong it could have 10+ months since i brought it home), anyways i'll leave you some pictures to help you out, and also if you could me if it's in breeding condition or not.
