So since I have gotten baby and petri they have been absolutely in love! I have no problems with them getting along. But petri has been a night mare with me, he acts like a wild bird trying to get him out of his cage. Once he is out he is alright but when I am trying to get him out he screeches like crazy as if I was hurting him. I don't try and grab him, i just put my finger up to him for step ups. Now that school is back I am away from home till 4 and once I get home I have hours of homework, because I have all honors and ap classes. So I spend the majority of time with them on weekends, I can only spend about 20 minutes a day with them during the week. Petri has been only bonding with baby and not me, I want to buy a new cage for them and I have money saved up but I don't know if I should buy a divided cage or a big flight cage or two separate smaller cages. Because I'm afraid if I get them one big cage that they share the problem will continue or get worse. I found a really nice divided cage on Amazon and I get free two day shipping with Amazon prime, but each side is a lot smaller than I would like it to be. I just need some advice on what to do.

Unfortunately that tend to happen when you get them a mate. You can try to separate them into different cages so Petri would be more willing to come out on his own so he can go see Baby. Cause if you do leave them together and not have enough interactions with them, he will get worse acting out towards you.

I don't know if it changes anything but they are both females

Sometimes it don't matter as they want to be with their own kind. Separating them would be the best in my opinion.
