I had Jio Alexander parrot age 6 weeks it's sick

My jio at first it was very active but now a days he feeling sleepy always, and his faeces and urine is green and urine is more faeces is less. 1week before it pop with little blood one day only but there after it was no blood..
feeding cereals/handfeeding (2:2) 4 times a day of 15ml at once and water of 10ml 4times a day. But still it was pop like thats..what to do? How to feed? How much to feed? Plz help
His cheat bone is being sharp...
He not coming to eat also

What do you mean by had? Is it already dead or what? If its alive than you should say I have a Jio Alexander... Don't assume your bird dead you can still treat it by taking it to a vet or breeder. Don't feed him cereals you need special bird food for small parrots. I also have a 6 week old parrot she ate cereals for a day cause she was very hungry and after that didn't eat properly for 2 days. I showed her to 2 vets and they said you need to change your food and I am feeding her special bird food which she eats willingly and she is growing like a charm now. Don't overfeed him if he is satisfied he will stop eating and take him to a vet first. You don't have to feed water to 6 week old babies as the bird food already contains enough water when you create the mixture. GO AND TAKE YOUR PARROT TO A VET BEFORE HE DIES OR ELSE HE WILL DIE SOON!!!
