I need some conure treats recommendations!

Hello all! I'm switching up the treats I give Maddox after learning that the brand I used was sub-par. I would love to hear some ideas about good treats for a healthy adult conure. I'm open to both store-bought options and some homemade recipes too. Thanks so much!

Half a dried cranberry or raisin or tiny piece of dried fruit.
Sunflower or safflower seed
Morsel of avicake
Morsel of egg or cheese during feather growth time

My GCC Tom LOVES dragon fruit, I found a bag of organic frozen red dragon fruit at Walmart, he really likes the seeds in it.
He also loves freeze dried kiwi (I got it from Texas Natural freeze dried foods but I'm sure you could get it from Amazon too)
Half a pumpkin seed is also well received too.
Oat sprays are fun too, Petsmart sells them, they're just a fun natural forager.
He also loves freeze dried peas, not dehydrated ones though.

Also I have a few cookie recipes too on here that are great hits with my birds.
That's all I can think of right now.

I would emphasize giving a tiny treat so the little bird doesn’t get full quickly, or get chubby.
