Maybe you'll find some Conures similar to caiques in many aspects.. They can be both naughty and playful, very entertaining birds that do need lots of attention from their owners. Do you mind sharing with us your prior experience with parrots?
Here's from his post history:
From
6 April this year:
Hi all, I am Intisar from Pakistan, My son, 8 years is interested to have a parrot. I brought a pair of cocktail parrots , male 8 months , female 18 months, ( as the birds shop man told me)
but the keep fighting and male bird , though was a bit trained but suddenly started biting,
so we decided to return these to birds shop and bring one alexandrine BABY parrot.
is that ok to keep one alexandrine parrot? what should i go for ? a male alexandrine parrot or a female? which can be trained well for getting friendly and to teach talking ?

He also has regular updates on his birds - both the Alexandrine (Heero) and cockatiel (Tweety). Updates includes:
From
24 April:
Tweety is almost of 9 months and verry happy active runs here and there, but during the whole day he whistles are speaks just once or twice.
I have seen a lot of cocktiels in YouTube videos they are whistling singing and making a lot of noise, i wonder why not my Tweety doing the same and why I keep silent most of the time.
From
15 May:
After a member suggests looking into the bird might be sick if the bird can stink up a whole room, he responds:
I don't think Heero has got any infection or sour crop, he is very active , not dull at all,
, And yes he smells if I touch my nose to him, but by the time the smell spreads in room that is disturbing
