Is my African grey parrot picking feathers?

Hello guys.. My African parrot is 3-4 years old.. I've taken him to the vet, who said that there wasn't any signs of Feather picking, but I'm still a little bit nervous.. Looks like a perfectly normal grooming session to me. Happy bird getting pretty.
