I recently resuced an Rose Ringed Parakeet. She looks likes like she struggles to walk, her wings are clipped so she can't fly currently. She walks with her bum on the ground. Is she just scared or is she ill? Thats her right there

It looks like your girl needs to see an avian vet. Not being able to use her feet is quite alarming.

I'm not sure. I got her from someone last night because theywas not able to care for her anymore. So I took her to see if I could give her a better home
