Does anyone know if this tree is poisonous to African Greys? I am pretty sure it's called something like a shafella tree or something. It's a tropical tree. I own one that'sy I'm asking

Your plant look like an Umbrella Tree to me, and they are toxic to birds.

That plant have a white milky substance and Wendy is correct on the Umbrella Tree. 100% toxic

Yeah. The Botanical name is 'Schefflera'. Anything that exudes a white, milky sap is suspect from a toxicity point of view. I know, I know: milk thistles are OK. But if in doubt, never feed your bird anything with milky sap until you know for sure!
