Jazz is trying new foods!

So if you guys remember, I posted a while back about jazz not liking any sort of treats... well I've been placing apple slices on their perch daily and finally after like a week of not touching it, she started eating it! and she loves it!

Then she wanted my pizza.

BB is afraid of new things He won't even nibble at anything if I hold it in my fingers..BUT..if I have a plate down in front of me,he has no problem whatsoever,of running down my arm,to my computer desk and helping himself to whatever I have. So far I have seen him really enjoying smashed taters and corn nibs..with gravy,so he can run through them, then run back up my arm before I can stop him

haha that's awesome. yea jazz started trying to share my food now I guess that means he wants to eat with his flock!

went from refusing to try new things to eating everything I have lol. If I'm eating, she wants some!

They really are fickle! A new food can be ignored a thousand times, and then suddenly a nibble or two makes all the difference! Time and patience!!

While watching tv last night,I had a bowl of oatmeal..BB climbed down my arm and sat on my hand as I held the bowl,and he stuffed his little beaky for a good 5 minutes. And he DID nibble at a piece of "Life" cereal while I held it..finally after almost a year he's coming around
