Making chop for the first time, just wanted to know if these veggies are safe and nutritious?

All veggies have been washed and dried before I cut them, so before making it id like to know if everything is safe.

Thanks! I also plan on dribbling some of his oats onto the top to give him a little incentive. The hard part is getting him used to the dish so he will actually eat off it.
