Never heard of that but it looks delicious. Everything that's not good for a person: saturated fat, cholesterol, simple carbs. But I'd top it with onions and habanero peppers.

The "democracy sausage" is an Aussie institution, as many small fundraising groups set up cake stalls and sausage sizzles at polling stations on election day. Controversy reigns as to whether to have the onions on top of the sausage or underneath, and if you want to get REALLY fancy you can get both mustard AND tomato sauce. But my word, @rheashard2, you won't EVER get anything as high falutin' as habanero peppers, we are a simple folk!!

Texas, USA requires use of peppers!!! I've even been using the former #1 pepper in the world. The Carolina Reaper. but only in moderation.
