Hello, just wanted to ask this my bugie is in my room and my room is so dark it has no windows but when im home lights are always on does it hurt my budgie that shei isnt seeing sunlight too often

It definitely is preferred that your budgie has Adequate natural sunlight that cannot compare to the ones we have at home, which really is just artificial lighting convenient for us.
You can sometimes put your budgie in a carrier and let him soak up the sun during warmer months when outside. Supervised of course. If you have the means to do so.
And not only that, but it mentally helps them too and just gets them in a better mood than if they barely got sunlight.
So no, it's not going to have a drastic negative impact on your birds health if they lack some sunlight, but it's ideal and I love taking my birds outside sometimes, doesn't have to be everyday.
But hey, something is better than nothing.

2 female budgies i have a green named tofu she is 1 years old(she turned one years old in April) and i have a blue budgie named sky she is the younger one she is younger then tofu by a few days
how much hours of sunlight does your bird normally get?

Ye few minutes but sometimes i try to have her to look in the window to see some sunlight and outer world but she doesn't like it she always flews away

It's totally fine, but I warn you, they're smart little buggers who love getting into trouble. Stormy pulled his (locked) door open when outside, and escaped into the nearest 40ft tree. A secure, double-doored aviary would be best, but if you just have a cage, make sure it's all securely locked.
