Do you peel the furry covering of a kiwi before feeding it to your birds, or wash the fruit but but don’t peel?

We wash them real good, and just slice them up. Salty likes to chew on the skins but doesn't eat them. It's one of his fav fruits

Wash them only. Parrots will not eat fruit skins but do enjoy extracting the flesh of the fruit from the peel with their beak, as they would in nature.
