Hi everyone!! It’s been about five days with Ladybug!! I figured I’d post an update and some pictures.
She’s been quite chatty, no actual words, but a LOT of vocalizations, which is very cute. Just like Grim and Mischief’s early days, she has a very strong fondness for my mom. They talk back and forth throughout the day.
Our lady is pretty nippy, so we’ve been trying to give her space, and just spend time in the room with her as opposed to any up-close interactions. She’s also been shaking a lot; we’ve made sure the temperature in the room is the appropriate range for an Ekkie, so we’re thinking maybe it’s nerves? She starts shaking when someone approaches her, from what we’ve seen thus far. But we’re going to take her to an avian vet soon for a check up.
