Wanting to give my stressed little pi some chamomile tea. Licorice is mentioned as an ingredient. Is this parrot-safe?

Thanks Wendy. No tea for Jimmy!

Jimmy can still have chamomile tea with no licorice.

I give my parrots lots of safe herbs. I started using chamomile tea for a plucker and found lots of herbs have beneficial qualities for parrots.

I have the same tea and didn't realize it had licorice in it until I drank some. I don't like licorice and will never by this one again.
I will make some plain chamomile for my cockatiel Beenie!

Way too much effort is placed into additional stuff that simply water is just as welcomed.

Wouldn't do licorice- it can interfere with things in humans even.
