Parrot Tea ...Yay or nay?

How does everyone feel about parrot tea? Have you seen any kind of benefits from parrot tea? How do you give it to the bird? Do you just replace their water with the tea and hope they drink enough of it to get some kind of benefit from it? I feel like my girl hardly drinks water as it is... Do you give it every day?

I'm a nervous, anxious skeptic of anything new or strange. Water is good, plenty good, if the diet is varied and nutritious. I admit I never heard of parrot tea!

I give my birds tea occasionally. My conure Tom really loves chamomile. I just steep the flowers in warm water and leave them in there cause birds love em!
I’ve also given them hibiscus and rosehip tea.
