Hello there,
I am new to this forum. I joint it because I am already an owner of 4 parrots.

I bought them 2 1/2 years ago. I don't whether they are of same species or not.
But one of them is like below image
Rose-ringed_Parakeet_I_IMG_9797.jpg

Black ringed parrot.

Other 2 have bright greenish band on upper side and little blackish on lower side of neck.

1 remaining have no band on neck.
So, are they of same species taking more time for red, black rings or they are of different species??

How much time required to form complete band on neck??

Please replay soon....

That is a male indian ringneck parakeet, also referred to as an IRN. Without photos it's hard to tell if all of your birds are the same species or not but it sounds like they are from your description. Only mature males will have that dark black ring whereas females will have no ring or a slight pink or grey ring. They usually develop their neck ring between two and a half to three years old so it sounds as if you have a male and 2 females. I would be very careful of housing all three together, if two of them pair up they are liable to attack the lone female in an effort to protect their nest.

From what I'm reading, it sounds like 3 males and one female.

I agree though, we need photos to confirm.
