Winston ... 6 month old green cheek conure
4 budgies ( parakeet)
I have a 2 1/2 year old male and a 2 year old female green cheek conure.( she's my first female)Both have been hand tame but that changed about a month and a half ago. She was as tame and cuddly and loving as you could hope for. And little by little she started to act like she was afraid of my hand and won't step up now. I can hand feed seeds but that's about it. My question for the group is this ...could her behavior be the result of hormones due to the season (spring) ?
