Lost Login Information Help!

gizzygirl (my wife) changed her email address because she lost her log in info for it, and then lost her log in information for the forums. She said she has messaged a moderator twice to see what they could do, but she never got a response.

Is there a away she can get her log in info for the forums back or should she create a new profile on here? We just wanted to double check because we know some people have just gone, and created a new profile, but people got upset with them.

Moderators cannot fix the login. Your wife will have to go to the bottom of the page, where it says "Contact us", OR you could PM one of the Administratos (4nines for example).

I'd like to add that, as far as I know, no moderators received a message from your wife.

Additionally, it's against forum policy to create duplicate accounts, so I do urge her to follow the instructions I gave in my above post.

I agree with Wendy, there isn't anything the mods can do, but refer this thread to Admin. because we can not access the members password, which I'm sure is what the issue is. I will forward this thread to 4nines and see if there is anything he can do.
