Lovebird bath age?

Hello! I was wondering what age is ok to start letting my lovebird have baths?

As long as your lovie is weaned and fully feathered, RIGHT AWAY. Baths are very necessary.

I have 2 weaned hand fed love birds - they are 6 months old and absolutely LOVE baths! I got a little bathtub for their cage, and I see them bathing in it every day! They get a BIG bath, in the big tub once a week when I do a mass clean on their cage.

I wean at 6 to 8 weeks depending on the clutch.. they are ready to go to new homes when they can eat on their own! But I like to play with them and make sure they are used to hands real good! about 10 to 11 weeks
