Manu Mineral Block safety

Has anyone used the Manu Mineral Blocks for their Parrots. I was wondering bout the safety and do you suggest anything else?

I've never used it before but I have used pee pollen calcium/mineral perches. Rosie loved it

I've used the same perches Ashley (Copperarabian) posted WITH manu. My fids love them.
